Buffy Playbus is a Registered Charity,
we rely on donations, grants and our own fund raising efforts to provide the mobile playgroup to 15 communities
throughout Uttlesford. If you feel that you can help to support us in any way, either by volunteering on the bus,
helping at one of our fund raising events or by becoming a a committee member or trustee, please contact us today.
WHAT WE DO..
Buffy Playbus provides pre-school
children with an opportunity to play, socialise and have fun in comfortable and safe surroundings under the guidance of qualified
playleaders. Mums, Dads and carers can relax and make new friends within their own communities or just "chill out".

| WHY DO YOU NEED TO REGISTER ON BUFFY? We start our registrations in September so please make sure we have up to date details for you. We ask for these
details so that if we have a problem with the bus or the weather is not suitable for the bus to go out we can contact you,
this will usually be by phone or email. We also share our registration details with our partner local children's centres.

NEWS FLASH! Sadly Buffy won’t be coming out today (Monday 6th February) due to the snowy and
icy conditions on the road. Hopefully it will be back out bright and early on Tuesday morning to visit Hatfield Heath,
Takely and Thaxted! |

Calling all families in Manuden,
Buffy Playbus now visits every Wednesday between 11.15am and 12.30pm so do come along and support us at this new stop!
Thanks to everyone who attended our gift fair we raised a whopping £2,300 for Buffy! A big thank you to all the stall holders and also the amazing fund-raising committee who gave up so much time and
put a huge amount of effort in, to make the day go with a swing.

Tombola outside Boots
Saffron Walden Saturday 3rd March 8.30am so please come and bring and buy cakes and produce. Also
if you have any soft toys that you are ready to part with please bring them along as well!

WILL FLY! Please keep Saturday 19th May free so that you can
come and support this event at Saffron Walden Museum. The celebration is being organised to by Uttlesford District Council

THANK YOU! We have just experienced our busiest year yet and amazingly we have had almost 7,600 people who have
come on-board Buffy this year. This number is almost 2,000 more people than the previous year. 4,622 pre-school children
came to our play sessions - WOW!
THANK YOU HAVERHILL Haverhill residents turned out in their hundreds to support Buffy Playbus
at the recent "Big Day Out" it was great fun for everyone who worked on the day and we had 524 children who
visited the bus, to play, paint and have fun. AMAZING!
